Debora McDermed, Ph.DPresident and Transformational Leadership Consultant, Deb McDermed, PH.D, has spent 20-plus years in the field of human development and human relations. After 15 years of Fortune 500 experience (IBM and AT&T), where she had a successful career in sales, marketing, and management development, she began a study of what fosters and sustains human change. In 1989, Debora began studying the Three Principles of Creating Human Experience. Six years later, Debora started The Vertical Dimension as an extension of her studies testing the principles in individual coaching and organizational development. Additionally, Debora extends her work as the Founder of The Transformational Leadership Council of Reno Nevada.

Debora McDermed, Ph.D. has a deep, natural gift at insight. Debora’s personal studies have taken her from mastering the mind to knowing the Heart and living from it. She can see what others cannot see and provides a pathway for them to get there. Debora shows them how their own wisdom works and how to access it consistently.
